For the past ten years Shai Albrecht has helped thousands of people live fitter healthier lives through her personal training, group classes, weight loss programs, and social media community. Shai’s mission is to energize, inspire, and motivate others to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Shai is certified in a wide range of fitness disciplines including, Barre, strength training, Pilates, dance, Yoga-based stretching, boot camp training, and indoor cycle.

Shai received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore. Quickly she realized her real passion was fitness and pivoted to focus on personal training. Shai now guides and motivates thousands of participants through her weight loss challenge groups (online groups focused on losing weight through unique weekly workouts and meal guidelines). Shai trains clients around the world through virtual personal training and personally, in her studio in Baltimore. In addition, Shai provides daily support and inspiration through her social media community.

Shai is passionate about creating a lifestyle of wellness that includes balanced nutrition. She regularly provides meal guidelines and nutritional guidance to her clients and group participants. Shai’s greatest joy is seeing her client’s reach their goals. 

Our fitness program will include personal nutrition coaching and customized classes.  Our guests will have access to Shai's expert guidance throughout their stay. They will also get to join Shai for health and fitness classes and presentations!
