RABBI BEREL SIMPSER
Rabbi Simpser has worked in Jewish communal work for close to three decades. He founded the Des Moines Community Outreach Kollel (1999) and the Aish Hatorah branch in MN (2006). Rabbi Simpser founded INTERNATIONAL KOSHER MEHADRIN in 2006. During the last 28 years, he has worked as a Kashrus Field Representative for the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council), the O.U. (Orthodox Union), the Star-K, and the O.R.B. (Florida). He is one of the most experienced Rav Hamachshirim in the areas of hotel and cruise kashrus, having personally supervised over a dozen Pesach programs and 25 cruises, as well as events such as the North American Federation’s General Assembly. In addition, he was the founding Executive Director of Kosher Organics, LLC.
